How do I acces the group meditations?

Immediately after checkout, you'll be redirected to a thank-you page containing your Zoom and Google Calendar links. You'll also gain access to the 'Morning Star Meditation Group' community page, which includes a message board, session archive, clear instructions for joining each live meditation, as well as our WhatsApp community. A welcome email will be sent to you as well, with everything you need to access your resources and get started smoothly.

I am completely new to meditation, can I still participate?

Absolutely! No prior experience is needed to join the Morning Star Meditation Group. You don’t need to know any classical meditation postures—you're welcome to lie on your back, recline comfortably in a chair, or sit in any easy position that supports relaxation and alertness. Devatma will gently guide you through each stage of the meditation practices, allowing you to progress naturally at your own pace. Everyone is welcome, just as they are.

Are the meditation practices at Sri Mantra tied to any religion?

Our meditation practices are rooted in traditional yogic methods that are universally spiritual, non-dogmatic, and accessible to people of all backgrounds. While deeply inspired by ancient wisdom, the focus is on personal growth, inner well-being, and direct experience—making the practices suitable for everyone, regardless of belief system.

How long are the guided meditation sessions

Each live meditation session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. We start with 10 to 15 minutes of lecture to introduce the concepts explored during the session, a 45 minute guided experience, and then the remaining time is set aside for group discussion and Q&A.

Do you offer any services or sessions for corporate groups?

Yes, we do. Our meditation sessions are well-suited for working professionals who need to relieve stress, restore focus, and optimize productivity. We offer private group and corporate meditation sessions tailored to support mental clarity and emotional well-being in the workplace. Can I book a private session if I feel uncomfortable in group settings

Yes, absolutely. In our group sessions, you're welcome to keep your camera off and your microphone muted—Zoom allows for complete anonymity and personal privacy. You're never required to interact unless you feel ready and willing to do so. If you'd prefer one-on-one support, private sessions are also available.
